With three children, an occupational therapist career and maintaining a role of rescuer and fosterer of many adorable dogs, Rachel is a master juggler, balancing multiple roles while nurturing her passions. Riding since she can remember, Rachel's connection with horses is intrinsic with her sanctuary being in the saddle, that helping shape her into the tenacious and empathetic individual she is today. Having experienced her fair share of falls—both literal and metaphorical—Rachel knows what it takes to dust oneself off and get on the horse again. Her unwavering empathy and tenacious spirit make her an exemplary role model and priceless resource for those navigating their own tumultuous paths.
As the Consignment Curator of horse tack at Brightside, Rachel's expertise and compassion really shine through. With an eye for quality and a heart for fostering connections, she carefully curates each piece, breathing new life into forgotten gear while maintaining affordable outlooks for riders coming from all levels. Beyond the store, Rachel fosters a sense of belonging within this community where ponies, dogs, and tack all deserve to find their forever homes.
Jorie

Carolyn's draft horse knowledge is more than noteworthy, her knowledge serving many customers with questions. From computers to home improvement to welding—there's seemingly nothing he can't master. Yet, among his many interests, Jack's genuine love for the Brightside Store and his family shine through.
